I Know This Is Water is a collaboration between Brian and his brother Eamonn. Written in a small apartment in Bundoran, it sings of the challenge of having self-awareness but not necessarily understanding. The challenge of knowing that contentment is happiness, yet still being restless.

I used to have this idea that I could go and live in a lighthouse on an island and be perfectly content.
This past year has made me realise that I could actually do that, I just couldn’t do it on my own.
